OmarOS is built on Omarchy by David Heinemeier Hansson.

Omarchy is the work of DHH and its contributors: the desktop, the tooling, the themes and the manual OmarOS starts from. OmarOS renames and reshapes it, and keeps up with its changes.

Most of the packages an OmarOS system installs still come from Omarchy's and Arch Linux's servers. Thank you to everyone who builds and hosts them.
